Painted from photos I took recently while in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. People are admiring and photographing the small painting, ‘The Milkmaid’ by Vermeer. I love how young and old crowds in to get a good look.
I paint with large brushes and bold loose brush strokes in vibrant colours. Acrylic on canvas, will be rolled and sent in a heavy duty tube.
